Over the years, Apotex has been a strong supporter of pharmacy and in particular the work of the Foundation. 2008 marked the 10th year that Apotex provided research grant money to the Foundation in the form of the Apotex Theme grant. During this time the annual grant has funded such projects as, “The integration of Pharmacy into Primary Care Networks”, “Pharmacy driven Anticoagulation Clinics" and a multi-year grant towards the validation of the effectiveness of the problem-based curriculum at the Dalhousie College of Pharmacy.
More recently the Apotex funding has become part of some much larger projects through our Innovation Fund. Apotex has also been a major sponsor of other CFP fundraising events.
