MARCH 2018 – Do you feel you would like to take the development of your leadership skills to the next level? Are you looking to expand what you can offer to the profession? The Canadian Foundation for Pharmacy is pleased to offer financial assistance through its Wellspring Pharmacy Leadership Awards program—send your application by April 13th!

CFP’s Wellspring Pharmacy Leadership Awards program recognizes both demonstrated and potential leadership in individuals in the pharmacy profession. Since the program was established in 2012, 21 pharmacists have received grants. Recipients receive up to $10,000 for initiatives that further develop personal leadership through study, experiential learning or mentorship. “We are so pleased to be able to continue to offer this award, which is inspired by one of pharmacy’s most exceptional leaders, Barbara Wells,” says Dayle Acorn, CFP’s Executive director.

Winners are honoured at a reception held during the annual conference of the Canadian Pharmacists Association, happening this year in Fredericton, New Brunswick, June 2 – 5.
