CFP Forum: “Pharmageddon” or Business as Usual?

SEPTEMBER 2016 – The Canadian Foundation for Pharmacy’s annual Pharmacy Forum on November 24th in Toronto promises to generate lively debate and fresh perspectives on community pharmacists’ challenges to implement new services under an expanded scope of practice.
