CFP Pharmacy Forum on Nov. 20: Building Bridges

This year’s CFP Pharmacy Forum revolves around the theme, “Building Bridges for Better Care.” Hear from industry experts as we envision the future of pharmacy and how to get there.

A panel of pharmacy leaders will discuss and debate how to overcome the major barriers to change, and how to embrace opportunities for pharmacists to improve patient care.

The event takes place on Wednesday, November 20, at the BMO Institute for Learning in Toronto.
