Nominations must be received by midnight EST, July 31
CFP’s Awards Committee will select the winners, who will be notified in September. Winners will be honoured at a reception in the Fall and profiled in CFP’s Changing Face of Pharmacy magazine. The winning individual pharmacist/pharmacy team will also receive a cash award of $2,000.
