Watch this video to hear the 2024 recipients of the Wellspring Pharmacy Leadership Awards describe in their own words how the award will help them build their leadership skills and contribute to the profession of pharmacy.
This year’s three grant recipients are Dr. Amy Randell, faculty member at the Memorial University of Newfoundland School of Pharmacy, and Tristan Lai and Alex Tang, both lecturers at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Randell will use her Wellspring grant to complete the Graduate Diploma in Pharmacy Leadership offered by the University of British Columbia. Lai and Tang will use their Wellspring grants to complete the LGBTQ+ Leadership Program offered by Harvard University.
The three recipients were honoured during the annual awards ceremony of the Ontario Pharmacists’ Association on October 8. CFP’s Executive Director, Linda Prytula, and Nancy Waite, CFP Board member, presented the awards.
